This month, we had our first "Family Sunday." This is when we set up more tables and chairs, have the outside games set up, and the full menu of the cafe is available for lunch. Easter is one of our favorite church services of the year. We had the opportunity to rent a facility that we have been wanting for years to host the Easter service at. It has a pool for baptisms and ample space to have both the church service and then more space to set up tables to eat at afterwards. Valentine's Day is the biggest day at Calvary Cafe. Many love to come and celebrate with their loved ones here. We were staffed up, had special Valentine's desserts available, and a couple's dinner promotion. It is a lot of hard work, but it is always a blessing to see people come and enjoy their time with us.
